Registration for the 2026 North American Forest Ecology Workshop

Instructions

Click Register Now in upper right corner of this page.
Enter your email address and contact information.
Select your registration type and click Confirm.

Click “Select Ticket Options” to add field trips before you click the green Continue button.

- Click here for field trip descriptions.
Lastly, complete questions regarding your nametag, attendance details, and demographics.
Select payment type and complete payment details.
- To receive an invoice and payment link, see directions under Payments section below.
You will receive a confirmation and invoice/receipt by email.

Registration Changes

Registration Changes: You can add or update your field trip preferences until April 27 on the AFE Member Portal. If you don't know your log-in, enter the email you registered with and click Forgot Password.
- To add/edit field trip selections:
  - Log in to your member portal
  - Go to Events, My Event Registrations
  - Click Withdraw/Modify
  - Click Select Ticket Options
  - Make selections and save
  - A revised invoice will be issued
Registration Cancellation: For cancellations made by May 12, registration fees will be refunded to the original form of payment minus a $25 cancellation fee. After this date, refunds are not issued for registration or field trips.

Payments

To pay later or forward invoice to purchaser:
- Complete registration and at the end select "Check" as the form of payment. You will receive an email containing the invoice and a link to make the online payment. This email can also be forwarded to the appropriate person for payment.
  - For early bird and regular registration rates, you must pay within the timeframe for that rate or the fee will change to the increased rate.
To pay for multiple registrants:
- Have each individual register and select "Check" as the form of payment. Email the list of attendee names to office@fireecology.net. We will then send you one invoice for all registrants.
All payments must be received by May 22.
- Please coordinate with the AFE office if you have extenuating circumstances (need to pay onsite, waiting on travel approval, etc.).

Please note, the Assocation for Fire Ecology is handling registrations for this event, so emails related to your registration will be emailed from office@fireecology.net.
